/Brookwood provided corporate real estate management advisory services to Salesforce, much of which is covered under strict non-disclosure agreements. The client has authorized that the following information may be disclosed:
Brookwood provided services in connection with site selection, due diligence, land acquisition and development planning of the proposed Salesforce headquarters.
Subsequently, Brookwood provided management services in support of Salesforce for the design and entitlement phases of its proposed Mission Bay campus.
Brookwood has served as a management consultant to Salesforce, providing guidance and advice for processes and procedures for the company’s global real estate function.
Brookwood also provided oversight of the developer’s work on behalf of Salesforce as the anchor tenant for the 350 Mission building in downtown San Francisco.
