/A 35-acre expansion of campus development with related infrastructure of roads and utilities, 2,676-bed student housing, a campus village including retail, post office, services and swimming/recreation area, and having a total of 820,000 gross square feet.
The program also included two large structured parking garages for 1900 vehicles and the off-site construction of new College of Agriculture facilities including a state-of-the-art feed mill and a 20-acre Beef Unit (Bull Test Facility).
The student housing component is made up of four, five and six student apartments. Amenities include quiet study rooms, seminar rooms and laundry units. Apartments are clustered around the Village Center.
